With approved designs, the project moves to fabrication—the creation of your structures. Cutting, bending and creating assemblages from various raw materials of all shapes and sizes is no object. Our 30+ years of business have netted the equipment and team necessary to handle any projects at all scales.

Our specializations: water jet cutting, weldments (invar, steel, aluminum), and fabrication.

Machining

Where a more specialized means of part creation is required, our mastery of machining comes in. This means operations that involve subtracting material from a (often larger) workpiece using CNC Machining in 3-axis and 5-axis variations. Both of which are available at tremendous widths and depths.

We’re proficient in : 3-Axis CNC, and 5-Axis CNC.

This is where it all comes together. Everything we’ve designed, fabricated and machined up to this point is gathered and built to your exact specifications and verified through laser metroligy and QA documented.
